Happy Holidays
It is that time of year for gift giving and celebrating fun times with family and friends. Giving a guided fishing trip on the shores of Martha's Vineyard is sure to make any fisherman or fisherwoman happy. I customize each trip to the client's specifications. My ultimate goal is to make each client happy and to have memories to share for a lifetime.
I will be conducting surf casting seminars at Bass Pro Shops in Foxborough, MA the first weekend of March. Official date will soon be posted, but it is going to be either March 5th or 6th. Please stop in and say hi and to have a chat about fishing. It is never to early to start planning for the summer fishing season!
Have a safe and fun holiday and Happy New Year!

Apparently bonito are in!!! Of course they're still unwilling to play with us surfcasters, but at least there are some fast fish swimming around. I'll be hanging around some of the jetties at false dawn. Good luck and let's see some photos!!

Still hearing rumors of bones, but no confirmed reports . . . waiting for a photo or one in the cooler would be even nicer!

Still waiting to hear about bonito! Rumors have been flying around but no confirmed catches yet known.
Bass fishing continues to be sporadic from the beaches. Some surf casters had some stellar nights at the Breach and Wasque Point, while others came up skunked. The north shore of the island is also giving up keeper sized bass, but the schools seem to be very localized in certain coves.
Big bluefish are being caught around the Aquinnah cliffs, Philbin Beach, and Squibnocket. East Beach on Chappy and Vineyard Haven Harbor are also giving up numerous small bluefish day and night.
